Cancellation Policy
All sales are FINAL. Payment is due no later than 5 business days before your service. Rescheduling: Allowed up to 72 hrs prior at no cost. Cancellations: • 72–48 hrs prior → 20% fee • Within 48 hrs → non-refundable Refunds, if applicable, are issued as electronic gift cards for future services.
