Cancellation Policy

All sales are Final! For your convenience, payments can be made online using a valid credit card. Otherwise, payments are to be made by cash or checks. Returned Checks incur a $35 return Fee. Note: ALL credit card payments incur an additional 3% credit card processing fee that will be charged directly to the client. Sales Tax (8.25%) is applied to all transactions. All invoices Must be settled 5 business days prior to the scheduled event. Cancelation Policy: Cancelation must be made 48 hours prior of the scheduled event date to be eligible for a partial refund. All cancelations incur a 20% deduction that will be deducted from the total amount. All refunds will be issued in the form of electronic gift cards, exclusively valid at Modern Pixels. Any cancellation within 48-hour window of the scheduled events will NOT be eligible for any refund.
